if its not working, search for Codecs and install them :)

What program are you using to play it? All videos should be in mp4 format so should be able to be played through quicktime or itunes.

Do other mp4 files have sound issues on your computer?

when i download it, it plays but their is no sound… i dont know what i cliked that makes me not have it but i need help….
